Returns & Safe Delivery Guarantee

Tom's Mini Temples wants every customer to love and enjoy their temple model.

If something is not quite right, please contact Tom and we will work with you to find the best outcome.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for non-personalised products that are unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition.

Personalised or custom-inscribed products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Customers must contact Tom's Mini Temples before returning anything. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. The customer's bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Products

Faulty, incorrect or delivery-damaged products are handled under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. These rights are not limited by the 14-day change-of-mind period.

For an eligible faulty or damaged product, Tom's Mini Temples will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund remedy and cover reasonable return delivery costs where required.

Safe Delivery Guarantee

If your item is damaged during delivery, contact Tom's Mini Temples with your order details and photos where possible. Tom will review the issue and work with you to put things right.
