Orders and Payments
Orders are made to order and confirmed once payment is received. Where online payments are connected, secure payment processing is used.
Personalised Products
Personalised items are made specifically for the customer. Please double-check inscription text before submitting your order.
Shipping and Delivery
3D printed orders typically take 1–3 days, including production and shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.
Safe Delivery Guarantee
If your item is damaged during delivery, contact Tom so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Returns and Customer Support
If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact Tom. Returns for personalised items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
